"It's Time" Gender Reveal Party

Today's "It's Time" Gender Reveal Event was designed and styled by Adam and Lyndsey Taylor of LuLu's for their very own BIG announcement. They were looking to design a unique and modern event that would also involve their other three children. Lyndsey states "As I researched ideas, I began to envision a modern clock theme and thought it would be amazing for a cuckoo clock to chime and our kids to rush to see the cuckoo bird deliver them a slip of paper that would tell them if it was a boy or a girl. I was beyond thrilled when I discovered a DIY tutorial on a website for a mock cuckoo clock. We had a close friend that was the only one to know the surprise clip the paper to the clock. A very loud cuckoo clock recording did indeed interrupt our soiree and our oldest son rushed to pull the slip of paper off the clock and scream the results to our guests". What a great way to share this news! I LOVE the color palette of {turquoise + gold} and all of the lovely details that were incorporated into this event - not to mention all of those delicious desserts!

A {Budget-Friendly} Gender Reveal Party

Today's {Budget-Friendly}Gender Reveal Party submission comes to us from Jessica Liane Photography. Jessica and her husband were looking for a fun way to announce the gender of their baby to family and friends while keeping within a budget of $100 or less. Their guests were more than delighted to bring a dish to share at the BBQ-style event and Jessica was able to showcase her creative talents by designing all of the party decor and table arrangements herself. The food table included some of the mommy-to-be's favorite cravings as well as an AMAZING cake by Luna Blue Bakery. Don't miss the BIG REVEAL as the cake was cut announcing the baby's gender - LOVE this idea!
